Yoga
is a physical practice that has existed for over 5000 years and is touted as
one of the most comprehensive exercise programs for achieving optimal mind and
body health. "Yoga", which is translated into "union", is
an ancient system of mind/body healing and exercise. The practice of yoga is on
the rise throughout the western world and is moving towards the number one

Anahata
is a school registered with Yoga Alliance that was founded by Ana Costa in
2002. Our instructors are trained by Ana and are highly qualified to teach all
fitness and experience levels from beginners through advanced. We will send an instructor to your
location 1, 2 or 3 times a week. Classes are one hour in length and generally
take place in the mornings, during lunch hours and after work hours in a quiet
conference room, multi- purpose room or outdoor area. After each class students
will leave with a greater sense of calmness, inner awareness and clarity. They will feel invigorated, energized
and balanced.
