THE ANAHATA APPROACH TO ONSITE YOGA

Anahata is a school registered with Yoga Alliance that was founded by Ana Costa in 2002. Our instructors are trained by Ana and are highly qualified to teach all fitness and experience levels from beginners through advanced.  We will send an instructor to your location 1, 2 or 3 times a week. Classes are one hour in length and generally take place in the mornings, during lunch hours and after work hours in a quiet conference room, multi- purpose room or outdoor area. After each class students will leave with a greater sense of calmness, inner awareness and clarity.  They will feel invigorated, energized and balanced.

 

Introductory class is free! 

 

RATES

1 Class/Week = $100/class

2 Classes/Week = $95/class

3 Classes/Week = $85/class 

 

Individual pay, 6 month and annual packages are available.
