ANAHATA YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Anahata Gentle Yoga is a well-balanced class that allows anyone of all levels to gain deeper understanding
of traditional yoga. It improves postural alignment, strengthens the body, increases flexibility, and leaves
you with a greater sense of calmness, inner awareness, and clarity.
Anahata Intermediate Yoga is a great class if you are comfortable with the gentle flow and feel ready for a little
more of a challenge. It is still comfortable, nurturing, and safe for all levels.
Anahata Power Yoga is a faster flow with more challenging postures for intermediate and advanced yogis.
It promotes inner strength, stability, and balance. This full body workout strengthens the immune system,
increases the capacity of the heart and lungs, improves flexibility, and relieves tension.
Anahata Meditative Yoga is a restorative, slower, relaxed-pace flow with floor postures only. Included is a 15-minute
guided meditation after savasana.
Anahata Restorative Yoga is a great class for you to let go of stress, anxiety and tensions as you completely relax in a
peaceful and safe environment. In this flow you will practice just a few yoga postures holding them for many minutes
using props, such as blankets, mats, and straps to allow deeper comfort. Gently open your body, mind, heart and soul
to experience healing energy, allowing you to feel renewed, recharged, centered and more.
