Anahata yoga offers such a well-balanced, safe and thorough yoga workout that I only wish I had discovered it sooner. The teachers provide very detailed and thorough instructions allowing students who are new to yoga to experience the benefits of traditional yoga in a decidedly non-intimidating class.
