Class Schedule Changes For March: 

  • Thursday night’s 6:30 pm Power class is cancelled: 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, & 3/29 
    (for the teacher training sessions) 
  • Jeanie is teaching the Monday night Gentle class at 6:30pm
  • Jeanie will be substituting for the Thursday morning classes during the month of March

Other Class Schedule Changes:

  • Monday evening’s Power flow is changed to 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday evening’s 6:30 pm class is changed to Gentle flow

♥  Have you tried INTERMEDIATE ANAHATA yet? Thursdays at 10:30 am with Ana Mondays & Tuesdays at 10:30 am with Jeanie....have you been practicing the Gentle flow for a while and feel strong and comfortable enough for a more challenging class, but do not feel ready for Power? If so, Intermediate Anahata is the class for you! Come try it out...You will be guided through a safe, nurturing, slightly more challenging practice that you are sure to enjoy!
